Deposits & Rental Fees

All RENTALS ARE CREDIT CARD ONLY. NO CASH. Within 24 hours of your pickup time, a Credit Card pre-auth is ran for the security deposit on every rental ( $150 Security deposit on 14K and bigger trailers). No Security Deposit funds are kept unless the trailer isn't returned in the condition it left in. Ie: must be clean, no damage, Straps rolled up neatly, and nothing missing. Any payment collected towards rental reservation or final payment is Non-Refundable ( excluding the security deposit). We will work diligently with you to move these funds to a future rental but don't give refunds. We do charge $5 per strap that is not neatly rolled back up and $20 per strap to replace if missing, damaged or severely knotted. This all takes time for me to clean up and get right for the next client and my time is money. Trailers returned dirty are subject to a cleaning fee of $50+
