We are open 24/7, 365. All rentals are booked through our website NoBullTrailers.com. You can get a trailer any time of day with our Self-Serve business model.
All rentals are to be booked directly on our website. We are a Self-Serve rental company. If you have any issues or questions feel free to call us any time day or night. 330-402-2344
Generally the day before your rental, the security deposit will run the pre-auth and once that is successfully held a digital lockbox code is generated for your rental and the instructions link text is automatically sent to the cell phone number on the account. These instructions will tell you the location of the lockboxes as well as the code for your 1 hour time frame to get in.
Our trailers are to be picked up at the time you schedule it for. You will have a 1 hour window to pickup the trailer in the "full" hour that you choose ie: 7:30am, You will have from 7-8am to pickup the trailer. If you choose 250pm, you will have from 2-3pm to pickup the trailer. You can schedule a pickup anytime day or night as we are open 24/7
Yes. Renters are responsible for all damage to the trailer. Depending on the severity you can opt to self pay, or run through your vehicles insurance. What ever the insurance doesn't cover, you are liable for the remainder.
We are a self-serve rental company so all payments will need to be completed through the online portal with a credit card. Our credit card processor is Stripe and they handle all the transactions for our business. No cash is accepted.
